Dear life,
As I drive along the road and find myself alone with my thoughts, I think about the journey of life, and how lost one can be without love. I wonder what would’ve happened, and could’ve happened if the people around me had told that special someone how they felt.
If you’re not happy, you can’t make someone else happy, if you can’t love yourself, then how can you expect someone else to? If you can’t cry without being conscious, how will you ever be able to laugh expressively? For the sake of making others happy, one finds themselves in situations where they put others first and along the way have just made themselves miserable, and are left with nothing but pessimism. So, my advice to those is let go of all the negativity and fall in love with yourself.
‘Love your shoes, love your dress and then love you?’ Is being in love with someone the same as loving an object?
Love, such as simple word, but yet so complicated, sometimes so easy to say and sometimes an eternity goes by and one is unable to express how they feel.
Time and time again I hear people say ‘love you loads’ at the end of meaningless conversations, love used so effortlessly by some whereas for others the meaning of the word is attached to so many emotions, such as laughter, being there, trust, desire and pain.
“Love is not compromising, love is not changing someone, love is unconditional, and love is finding that soul mate.”
We don’t meet people by accident. They are meant to cross our paths; some leave you happy and some sad, but never stop looking for that soul mate because you are destined to meet them. Your soul mate is the one that can make you feel drunk, even when you are sober. The one with who conversations and energies flow, not forced or coerced. That soul mate can be a friend, a wife, a husband or partner. Let destiny take its course.
DESTINY, maybe a conversation with our dear life for another day.
