  • 3 workshops over 3 months. Each workshop is approximately half a day 11 students minimum of 15 max. 
  • Workbooks with mindfulness activities for each student
  • One meeting with the sports coach to introduce them to mindfulness and the Mindful Sports Player program, and to provide ways for families to practice mindfulness together
  • A whistle for each pitch to continue mindfulness practice after the program ends
