Mindfulness supports the social-emotional components of high quality education and promotes essential skills for academic /sports achievements. A growing body of research in neuroscience and psychology has shown many benefits of mindfulness.

- 3 workshops over 3 months. Each workshop is approximately half a day 11 students minimum of 15 max.
- Workbooks with mindfulness activities for each student
- One meeting with the sports coach to introduce them to mindfulness and the Mindful Sports Player program, and to provide ways for families to practice mindfulness together
- A whistle for each pitch to continue mindfulness practice after the program ends
